There are 2 ways to order appraisals with Metro Residential Appraisals:

No matter which way you order with us, we will schedule your appraisal order request within 24 hours of receiving the completed form. Our turnaround times are usually 24 hours or less after completing the physical inspection. In most cases the same day!!
